The Center for Education and Youth Policy (hereinafter referred to as CViMP) is a structural division responsible for organizing and planning educational work at Zhezkazgan University named after O. A. Baikonurov.

CViMP fulfills its goals by performing the following functions: implementation of the university’s policy, goals, and educational work in the field of quality – the formation of highly qualified specialists who can take a worthy part in the cultural, social, economic, and political life of the Republic.
