Management of such a multidisciplinary university as Zhezkazgan Baikonurov University, as well as fundamental changes in the system of higher education, necessitated shaping the university structure which ensures the quality of academic, educational-pastoral and research processes and, at the same time, meets the requirements of optimality and efficiency in general.
